Artist Bio
Bryan is a retired Naval veteran, resident of Brandon, MS, and a member of the Mississippi Artist Guild. He has been drawing since he could hold a pencil and enjoyed art classes in middle school and summer workshops in pastels during early high school. He continued his artwork on a limited basis during his Naval career with custom Marks-A -Lot T-shirt drawings for shipmates, cartoons in ship newspapers, and an occasional oil or acrylic painting. He is a self-taught multimedia artist doing work in oil, acrylic, watercolor, charcoal, pastels, and pen and ink drawings. HIs current mediums are oil, pastel, acrylic and watercolor and he has four styles of painting which he lists as dreamscape, realistic, whimsical fantasy (can it be), and Biblical abstracts. He is also a craft artesian with experience in custom furniture building and has won awards in wood carving and model ship building.
